Hospitalization & Intensive Care (ICU)

In the hospitalization and intensive care (ICU) unit of Farvardin Pet Clinic, animals that cannot receive routine care at home due to illness, surgery, injury, emergency conditions, or the need for continuous monitoring are placed under veterinary care and supervision.

Full Description

The goal of this unit is to provide a safe and controlled environment for patients that need continuous care, close monitoring, or supportive treatments. Some animals, after surgery, severe illness, or an emergency condition, require care that cannot be provided at home.

In the hospitalization unit, the patient’s general condition is regularly checked, and required treatments are carried out based on the veterinarian’s diagnosis and treatment plan. These may include medication administration, fluid therapy, pain management, supportive nutrition, wound and suture care, vital sign monitoring, and other necessary measures. Patients with more complex or unstable conditions may require intensive care (ICU).
